Cavreon is a sports equipment manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan. Our public range includes padel rackets and bags, with OEM and private-label production for brands, distributors and clubs.

We start with the specification: construction, shape, playing characteristics and finish. Sampling establishes the details before an order moves into production.

How Cavreon works

Materials and layup: Carbon, fibreglass and core options are selected to match the agreed construction. Layup defines the racket’s structure.
Pressing and shaping: The frame and core are shaped and cured around the approved racket specification.
Finishing and branding: Drilling, surface finishing, artwork, grip wrapping and branding complete the product.
Quality control and packing: Inspection checks the agreed finish and specifications before packing and export preparation.

OEM & private label

Discuss racket shapes, materials and core options, artwork, colourways, branding and packaging. Custom shapes and construction are subject to technical review and sample approval.

Our standard trade guide is 50 pcs per model, with sampling at 1–2 pcs, 7 days and production lead time of 25–35 days. Confirm quantities, sample timing and delivery terms for your specific project before ordering.
